Livingston Hibernian betting prediction

Betting suggestion:

Both teams will only be separated by three points and there will be a great desire to win from side to side, because if Livingston manages to triumph in front of their fans, they rise to the first half of the standings, the current big goal. In a confrontation between two teams that attack better than they defend, it is expected that the match will be a good spectacle, with marked offensive football for several moments.

Analysis Livingston

Livingston comes to this 21st round with a globally balanced campaign, although they have lost so far on more occasions than they were able to triumph. In first place after the qualifying top-six, Gary Holt's team are just one point behind Kilmarnock, a distance that did not change after the Boxing Day round last Thursday. Visiting Aberdeen, Livingston lost by 2-1, breaking a cycle with five straight games without a defeat. The team got into the game poorly, suffered at 13', wasted some chances to draw and would only be able to score when they were already losing by 2-0. Lyndon Dykes's 86th-minute goal did little but soften the scoring.

Confirmed Lineup: Matija Sarkic, Jack McMillan, Jon Guthrie, Ricky Lamie, Steve Lawson, Keaghan Jacobs, Craig Sibbald, Steven Lawless, Scott Pitman, Lyndon Dykes.
Coach: M. Bartley, D. Martindale.

Analysis Hibernian

Hibernian have been a fairly balanced team in terms of record in these first 20 Scottish Premiership matches. Three points ahead of the second half of the league table, Jack Ross's technically-oriented side are headed for a return-to-triumph after a 2-0 win at Hearts in last Thursday's round. Aussie Martin Boyle was the hero of the game as he scored both goals in the 6th and 31st minutes. By the end of the match, Hearts still managed to pull the strings against Hibernian, but the Ross team's defensive solidarity, coupled with a misunderstanding in the opponent's submission, did not allow changes to the marker. Behind them were defeats (with a somewhat normal character) against title contenders Celtic (0-2) and Rangers (0-3).

Confirmed Lineup: Ofir Marciano, Jason Naismith, Paul Hanlon, Lewis Stevenson, Darren McGregor, Scott Allan, Martin Boyle, Melker Hallberg, Vykintas Slivka, Daryl Horgan, Christian Doidge.
Coach: S. Maloney.
